We offer free tracked shipping on all InfraGlow Mask orders. Once processed most orders are delivered within 7 working days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and will be delivered by your local postal service, eg USPS or Royal Mail.
Warranty
Under normal use, InfraGlow LED devices are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery on your original order.
The controller is warranted for 1 year. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration
- Servicing by unauthorized persons
- Connection to incorrect power sources
- Use with unauthorized accessories

How many LEDs does the mask have?
The Face Mask contains 240 individual LED bulbs - double the amount of LEDs of most competitor masks. More LED bulbs = a more effective treatment.
How many levels of intensity does the mask have?
The Glo Mask has 3 LED intensity settings. This allows you to get your skin used to LED Light Therapy gently, so it can adapt over time.
We recommend starting on the lowest intensity at the start of your LED journey, and gradually increasing over time.
How often should i use the InfraGlow Mask?
We recommend using the Glo Mask 3-5 times per week for 4-6 weeks, aiming for 10 minutes of use per session. After the initial 6 weeks, continue routine maintenance treatments as required based on your skincare needs, as everyone's skin is different. Remember, with skincare consistency is key!
What does near-infrared do?
The near-infrared wavelength (830nm) targets deeper fibroblast cells, stimulating new collagen and elastin production, resulting in plumper, firmer, more youthful looking skin. NIR can be used at the same time as any of the other light wavelengths to supercharge your treatment.
